Job Description

In campus recruiting, we are actively looking for qualified STEM degree candidates who are interested in careers in Software Engineer, Quantitative Research, or Trading for either Citadel or Citadel Securities.
A campus referral is considered anyone who is currently pursuing a Bachelors, Masters, PhD, or Postdoc degree.
The referral must be actively enrolled in school full-time and have not graduated to be considered a campus referral.
Anyone who is no longer in school (even those who have recently graduated) should be submitted so the appropriate full-time referral program.
Employee Referral Policy
  • No referral may be made by any employee in violation of any contractual obligation to any prior employer.
  • If an employee-referred candidate is hired, the employee who referred the candidate will be eligible to receive an Employee Referral Bonus commensurate with the relevant business’ policy within the first 45 days of the referrals start date.
  • The firm will not pay an Employee Referral bonus if the candidate was originally sourced by an external search firm or if a recruiting fee has already been paid to an external search firm.
  • The firm will not pay an Employee Referral bonus if the candidate was known to us through an existing vendor relationship (i.e. a contractual partner with Citadel).
  • The firm will not pay an Employee Referral bonus if it has been 12 or more months since the referral submission date.
  • Managers are not eligible for an Employee Referral bonus for individuals who are hired within their direct reporting line.
  • Employees in the Recruiting Department are not eligible for the Employee Referral bonus.
