Supporting Our Communities

New Computer Labs at Carnegie Mellon

Partnering with Carnegie Mellon University, Citadel helped create the state-of-the-art Citadel Teaching Commons. Support includes technology to support research in machine learning, distributed systems, and parallel computing architecture.

The Kenneth C. Griffin Charitable Fund to make second-largest gift in University of Chicago history

The gift will help advance the department’s efforts to impact the world through economic inquiry and analysis.

Citadel Service Day

More than 130 Citadel team members joined together with family and friends to volunteer on Citadel Service Day 2014.

Citadel Serves

We help our communities reach their full potential by creating meaningful, sustainable outcomes. While financial support is part of our effort, the heart of Citadel Serves is our employees’ commitment to sharing their time and expertise. Last year, our colleagues contributed more than 450 volunteer hours at events such as stocking food banks and building and delivering a child’s first bike to families in low-income communities.
