The Citadel Associate Program invites current freshmen interested in long/short equities to apply for Discover | Citadel Associate Program, a one-day experience in New York City designed to introduce you to an investing career in our Equities business. You’ll hear from current and former program alumni, learn from investors through moderated panels and Q&A, learn more about the Citadel Associate Program recruiting process and timeline, and connect with professionals across Equities through networking opportunities.
Program benefits include: Program benefits include roundtrip economy-class airfare from an airport near participant’s home in the 50 US States, US territories, Washington, DC or Canada, ground transportation to and from the arrival airport, single occupancy hotel accommodations for two (2) nights and meals during the Program competition day. Approximate value of program benefits is $750 USD, excluding any prizes won. Participants are responsible for any taxes due for the value of program benefits.

Eligibility: Undergraduate students in good standing, eighteen years of age or older, attending a university located in the 50 US States, US territories, Washington, DC or Canada, with an expected graduation date between December 2028 and June 2029.
