The Citadel Associate Program, in partnership with the Harvard Financial Analysts Club, invites current sophomores, juniors, and seniors to indicate interest in a long/short stock pitch competition in New York City.
The competition is a two-day experience designed to showcase your investing acumen and introduce you to a career in our equities business. Teams of 2-4 undergraduates will pitch a long or short idea to Citadel investors, hear from investors through moderated panels and Q&A, learn more about the Citadel Associate Program, and connect with investment professionals through networking opportunities. Citadel will sponsor travel and lodging for all selected teams.
To apply, indicate your interest by September 18th. We will follow up directly with eligible* applicants with submission instructions. One interest form per team is sufficient (though multiple teammates may submit); only team submissions of 2-4 will be accepted at the preliminary submission stage.

Teams of 2-4 undergraduate students in good standing, eighteen years of age or older, graduating between December 2026 and May 2029, attending a university located in the 50 US States, US territories, Washington, DC, or Canada.
Program participation is subject to Program Terms.
