Our Founder and CEO, Ken Griffin, recently summarized Citadel’s approach to empowering colleagues with financial journalist and author Andrew Ross Sorkin. Ken’s comments at CNBC and Institutional Investor’s annual Delivering Alpha conference showcase how decisions are made at our firm.
